GearXS.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Due to possible product misrepresentations and misinformation, we may correct typographical and printing errors related to prices at any time. Customers should keep in mind, that product prices can and do fluctuate due to market conditions and stock availability.
 
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, errors in pricing, or inaccurate product information received from our suppliers, GearXS.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. GearXS.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 
GearXS.com shall issue a credit to the account from which the funds were drawn and in the amount of the charge.
 
Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GearXS.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
 
No third-party affiliated stores, websites or any of its providers of information shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained on GearXS.com, or for delays or omissions therein. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to: lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.

At times, the final shipping charge for your order might differ from the approximated charge listed on third-party affiliated sites due the uploading and updating delay time between GearXS.com and the third-party site. In such instances make sure to check whether the listing is for quantity purchased. 
 
All purchases made on GearXS.com or any of our affiliated stores/marketplaces are final and binding. It is strongly recommended that all products are fully researched and examined closely prior to purchasing. Once an order has been submitted, it may not be cancelled or modified if payment has been processed, and the order has been updated to 'packaging' or ‘shipped' status. GearXS.com reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation/re-stocking fee on the total order amount for orders that have been processed and shipped (including refused packages and unopened merchandise).
 
You may not share your GearXS.com account with any third-party or provide them your password. Should you decide to share your account with any third-party, you take and accept full responsibility for their actions while using GearXS.com, and you will be liable for any losses or errors that cause a financial or stock shortfall on your GearXS.com and/or financial account(s).
If you find that your account has been accessed without your consent, you are a victim of identity theft and you should notify GearXS.com Customer Service as soon as possible, as well as your local law enforcement agency. GearXS.com is not obligated to compensate members/account holders for losses of funds due to your account being used without your specified authorization.
 
It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all personal account information is accurate and updated at the time of purchase on GearXS.com, including the following but not limited to: phone number, shipping and billing address(es), and your email address.
GearXS.com may contact the account holder either by email or phone number to verify your order, or in the event of an out of stock product, backorder notification, product substitution or other inquiry. In any case that the account holder is unreachable after three (3) failed email or phone call attempts, the order will either be shipped or cancelled. Final determination regarding the status of such orders is solely GearXS.com’s discretion.
 
In pursuant to the GearXS.com Terms & Conditions, GearXS.com has the right to take up to three (3) business days to process any incoming order and 1-2 weeks for your shipment to arrive to you.

GearXS.com cannot be held responsible for delays in the bank processing system. Once the funds have been sent and received by GearXS.com, we will process the order. Refunds will not be given for such delays and once money has been dispatched, we will regard the order as confirmed/paid and GearXS.com considers the sale final.
 
Any orders placed over the total value of $100.00USD may require order verification by email or phone. One reason that your order may be held for verification is to confirm the shipping method. The account holder will be contacted by the GearXS.com Customer Service Department to confirm the authentication of the order. The order will be placed in a pending/hold status until verification of the order has been confirmed and accepted. 
 
Upon payment being received by GearXS.com, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued at this time. For defective items replacement and repair, please refer to our Return Policy section.
 
In-stock orders placed on GearXS.com normally arrive to customers within 7-14 days after the order has been processed and paid in full, unless otherwise noted on the order checkout page. Generally, all items that are on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the 
GearXS.com website. 
 
All GearXS.com orders ship via UPS and USPS. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with a tracking number when your order is processed for shipment. Keep in mind that your confirmation email may go to either your junk or spam folders in your email, so please be sure to also check those folders for your invoice. UPS and USPS both update the tracking information periodically, as your package moves thru transit. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking number(s) in your account order history. 
 
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order, feel free to contact GearXS.com Customer Service at 800-438-7516. Keep in mind that your confirmation email may go to either your junk or spam folders in your email, so please be sure to also check those folders for your invoice.
 
How much is shipping?
Regardless of the size and quantity of your order, the majority of the items include FREE SHIPPING, with exceptions that may include (but are not limited to) overweight computer equipment and related items. Some items, unfortunately, may not be available for free shipping. 
 
Does GearXS.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
In most cases, yes. GearXS.com is not responsible for delays or shipping errors when a P.O. Box address is used. Please contact GearXS.com Customer Service at 800-438-7516 with any shipping-related questions.
 
Does GearXS.com ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes, with some restrictions. We ship packages all around the world, including to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO locales. Please note that an additional shipping charge may be required. Please contact GearXS.com Customer Service at 800-438-7516 with any international shipping-related inquiries.
 
GearXS.com liability on shipment ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. If the item is lost from this point onward, GearXS.com has no responsibility, but will attempt to investigate or open a lost claim to recover the lost package.
 
GearXS.com offers free shipping on most of our items. If a return should take place, the customer will be charged a 20% fee to cover the shipping and handling costs.
 
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-438-7516 during our normal business hours for an accurate final shipping cost to your destination. Please note that estimated carrier-shipping times do not include our order processing time.
 
Failed deliveries by reason of customer's absence at the requested shipping address, or a bad address, will result in a surcharge, if reshipped. Failed deliveries will not qualify for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-438-7516 for a reshipping quote.
 
All GearXS.com products carry a 30-calendar day warranty, or may be covered under a “Direct Manufacturer Warranty” unless stated otherwise. GearXS.com sells products in a variety of conditions such as: new - retail boxed, new – bulk packaging, OEM, refurbished, and used. All product pages are marked with the conditions of each product sold. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the entire product page before placing the order. Direct manufacturer warranties may vary in duration, and all products covered under a direct manufacturer warranty must be initiated with the manufacturer before attempting to contact GearXS.com. GearXS.com is not responsible for any manufacture warranties.
 
What happens if you receive your item damaged?
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please notify us within three (3) business days of the delivery, so that we can work to remedy your issue, and file a claim with the shipping carrier. 
 
DOA (dead on arrival) implies that the product either cannot be powered on or readily used after removing from shipping packaging. The buyer must report this to GearXS.com within three (3) business day of receiving the product. 
 
GearXS.com will replace or repair a DOA item, and in the event that a replacement or repair cannot be made due to product unavailability or any other technical reason, GearXS.com will refund the buyer. A repair order may take up to 14 business days starting from the day when GearXS.com received the defective unit. GearXS.com has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstance or situation.
 
GearXS.com reserves the final right to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair. GearXS.com also has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is considered a defect or not. In the event that a replacement or repair is not granted to the buyer, GearXS.com will send the product back to the buyer, and in this case, it is the duty of the buyer to cover any related shipping costs, or GearXS will credit the buyer, less a 20% restocking fee.
 
GearXS.com sells some refurbished products. Refurbished products are those that were once brand new but have been returned back to their original retail store or manufacturer for such reasons as being defective, unwanted gift, non-compatibility, or a company-leased product. 
 
Refurbished products may bear minor marks and scratches due to wear and tear from previous usage or repair. Each refurbished product goes through quality control inspections and testing to ensure that they pass GearXS.com's quality standards, ensuring full functionality prior to shipping to customers.
 
Manufacturer refurbished products may be covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. 
This warranty can range from 30-180 days, and all products that are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty will be stated on the product page. In the event that a product purchased under a limited manufacturer warranty becomes defective, customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty repairs or product replacement.
 
Certain products offer a one-year, two-year or three-year extended warranty option that may be purchased separately during checkout. If a defective product is purchased, GearXS.com will exchange the item for a comparable replacement or the customer will be given a store credit to purchase an alternative product from our store. If there are no comparable items available on 
GearXS.com and the customer requests a refund, GearXS.com will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
 
Please note: our extended warranty pricing varies from product to product. Extended warranties become effective the date that the product is purchased, and once an extended warranty has been purchased, it is non-refundable.
 
GearXS.com must initiate and approve all returns, with the required return form that must be completed by the buyer and submitted to GearXS.com for approval and an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items without an approved RMA number from GearXS.com will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses on returns without a duly completed approval and assigned RMA number will be the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please be sure to write your assigned RMA number on the package near the top.
 
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, related to the return of any product. GearXS.com bears the cost of shipping replacement units that are tested as 'defective' via USPS or UPS only. 
 
In the event of returning the product, the buyer is fully responsible for the product's safe return to 
GearXS.com. The item must be received within 14 days from the date that the RMA number was issued. Please ensure that your return package contains delivery confirmation.
 
 
Upon receiving the return from the buyer, GearXS.com will examine and test for the defect, and if GearXS.com cannot reproduce the same fault as indicated by the buyer, the return will not be accepted and the buyer may be responsible for any related shipping charges.
 
The return merchandise must always include the RMA number that was issued by GearXS.com. All accessories and manuals must be included inside the packaging. Return merchandise should be boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items, or inappropriate information will not be accepted. 
 
GearXS.com reserves the right to dispose of any unidentified returns, aged over 14 days without notifying the buyer.
 
No replacement item(s) will be issued for those unidentified returns once they have been disposed of. 
 
All third-party products purchased from GearXS.com are backed first by the product direct manufacturer's warranty. GearXS.com's 30-day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. 
GearXS.com's 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at GearXS.com’s sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or GearXS.com.
 
Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once the packaging has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to 
GearXS.com's limited 30-day warranty as described above.
 
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product's compatibility with their computer systems or electronic device.
 
Buyers should also be aware that the some products might not be intended for use primarily in your country or region. Therefore, the language specification on the device and manual might or might not fully support the language of your choice. In the event that an English manual is not available in the particular version that we shipped out, GearXS.com does not have any obligation to provide a copy of an English manual to the buyer. However, we do try our best to provide a printed English manual in most cases or send English manuals via email.
 
Since the products that GearXS.com sell might not be primarily intended for your country or region, the product configuration and the related accessories might not be suitable or compatible in your country or region. GearXS.com will not be responsible for any incompatibility of the product and its accessories in your region or country.
 
Language version, firmware version and color options are shipped on a random basis, unless the buyer makes prior arrangement. Once item is shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version or color choice. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they select the correct model, color, and firmware at the time of the order.
Please ensure that all products are fully inspected and tested before using. In the case of computer components, these products should be examined and installed by a certified technician. GearXS.com will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the products that we sell.
 
Please ensure that lawfully, your state/country permits the ownership and use of the items sold on GearXS.com. GearXS.com is not liable for injuries and/or damages caused by using these types of items. For safety handling and operation of the product, please consult the instruction manual that comes with the product or contact the manufacturer directly. Any product recalls by the manufacturer will not be handled through GearXS.com.
